SUMMARY:Behavioural finance tools between academia and banking
DESCRIPTION:MIFID support and commercial leverage\nImproving compliance has never been so useful. In fact, complying with regulators’ requirements can also be an opportunity to build a financial offer more suited to one’s customers through the behavioral finance tools developed at the Department of Economics, Management and Quantitative Methods of the University of Milan.\nOn Thursday 13 July, industry experts and academics will discuss the topic from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at via Conservatorio 7 in Milan.\nThe conference, entitled Behavioural finance tools between academia and the banking world: A support to MiFID and a commercial lever, organised by Prof. Antionio Filippin, has a twofold aim:\n\nAnalysing and improving intermediaries’ compliance with the requirements of the regulators (MiFID II)\n\n\nTo provide financial intermediaries with useful knowledge gained in the academic field about the individual risk appetite of users, in the belief that this will allow them not only to improve compliance, but also to build the most suitable offer for their clients.\n\nImproving individual profiling to provide tools that best suit the preferences of each customer, comparing one’s own customers with those of competitors, and identifying market segments to which to address more targeted commercial policies are just a few examples of how these tools could be used.\nThe meeting is open to the public: for organisational reasons, confirmation is welcome by writing to eventi.demm@unimi.it ( mailto:eventi.demm@unimi.it )\nDownload the programme\n
